Yoga-Pilates Flow
Mondays 8:45-10:00 am
Starting January 5th

Build core strength and tone your entire body with this blend of mat Pilates and traditional yoga poses. The combination of these two disciplines helps you improve flexibility as you build strength in your arms, legs, abdomen, hips and back. Both Yoga and Pilates support the development of long, strong, graceful bodies. Tools such as rings, blocks, and straps are used to enhance the workout.


Good Morning Yoga 
Fridays 8:45-10:00 am
Starting January 9th

Good Morning Yoga is a blend of Vinyasa and Restorative yoga that will wake up your body and energize you for the day ahead. The class begins with standing poses to improve posture and balance, and ends with gentle stretches to help release tension in the body and mind and alleviate stress-related aches and pains. A perfect way to start your day!

**Participants need to bring their own mats. A yoga block is recommended, but not required.

It’s hard to recall my mindset from 12 weeks ago when I started with Jana. I vaguely remember thinking, ‘This is not going to work….I won’t be able to do this.’ But to my delight, I was wrong! Eating better became enjoyable and easy, and I noticed that if I did eat something unhealthy, I wasn’t actually satisfied. Having Jana as my accountability partner was a key part of my success, and it feels great to be able to say, ‘I choose to eat this’, or ‘I choose not to eat that.’ Also, people telling me I look great doesn’t hurt either.
