Wellness Coaching Services
What is Wellness?
Wellness is “…a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” — The World Health Organization.
At JanaCurrie Wellness we believe a healthy and fulfilling life can be achieved by increased knowledge, awareness and by making the right choices based on your own goals and objectives.
Discover the Power of Wellness Coaching to Inspire Change!
Because everyone is unique, we start with your personal situation and circumstances. Through our wellness coaching process, we will…
- Co-create a wellness vision that excites and inspires you.
- Build your belief in yourself — a belief that you are truly capable of losing weight and having the life you want.
- Develop specific and realistic action steps that move you toward the life you envision.
- Address limiting beliefs when challenges arise and how to regain your momentum.
- Be energized and inspired by achieving the health and life you want.
JanaCurrie Wellness uses a 5-step process in coaching clients. First, we clarify what having a healthy and fulfilling life looks like for you. What would it be like to look and feel your best? Together we work on building your belief in yourself — a belief that you are capable of having the life you want.
Next we take a look at your values, strengths and challenges. We begin laying the foundation for sustainable lifestyle change by focusing on specific strategies that you can easily implement to move forward and gain confidence. We will identify potential obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them and address limiting and critical thoughts so you can regain momentum and continue moving forward.
Finally, as your coach, Jana will encourage, guide and celebrate with you on your journey to a more fulfilling life.

Employee Wellness
Improving employee health through one-on-one personal support
Employers are increasingly concerned about the escalating costs of health care. The national average increase in health care costs is now 10% per year. Studies show 87.5% of health care claims costs are due to individual lifestyle habits. *
Employee wellness coaching is an investment in a company’s most important asset, its employees. People can and do change, but to do so they need education and support. With one-on-one personalized coaching, employees can change the high-risk behaviors that impact their health and productivity and that impact the company’s bottom line.
During coaching sessions, the client will develop and implement a personal wellness plan based on his/her specific wellness goals. The coach guides the client in developing specific and sustainable action steps and helps maintain focus in completing those steps. This accountability relationship empowers employees to overcome obstacles and maintain commitment.
Telephonic wellness coaching sessions are arranged at the convenience of the employee.
